Acoustic DOORS
Exposure to noise can cause intense stress, tension and headaches in addition to loss of concentration or even serious diseases. In the battle against noise, soundproof doors play a major role. Not only they have to close tightly but the design and materials must be well coordinated to achieve an optimum noise but at the same time the doors must provide a smooth and easy to operate system. Thus Acoustic doors furthermore, a specially engineered lock enables the door leaf to be pressed onto the double circumferential rubber sealing to achieve highest performance especially in the most critical low frequency range. Acoustic Doors which gives a noise reduction level of 45 dB(A) or more and it is normally used for engine test cell applications and NVH testing applications.
Acoustic Windows.
Acoustic windows are specially designed with double glaze panes with air gap and hermetically sealed with argon gas filled to have clear view inside. Double glaze arrangements provided to maintain the temperature difference between the inner room and outer room in order to avoid condensation / moisture on the glasses. The Acoustic windows are made for noise level reduction of 40 dBA or more.
